3421504 - When Opening The User with Name "ABC" On Business Users The Tab Is Showing A Different Name

When you open a specific user under Business Users (ex.: "ABC") and check the tab which is opened, the name appearing on the tab is different (ex.: "DEF").

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator work center.
2. Open the Business Users work center view.
2. Search for "ABC" user and open it.
3. Please check the tab which is opened after you clicked on the user record and check on the tab the name "DEF". However the details are showing the correct informations from "ABC", only in the tab the name is wrong.

The employee "ABC" has the field "Deviating Full Name" filed with "DEF" name.

If the customer doesn't like deviating names, he has to take care that the field Deviating Full Name is empty for all instances.

How can you check this:

1. Go to Administration work center.
2. Open the Employee work center view.
3. Search for "ABC" and edit.
4. Search for "Deviating Full Name" field and remove the "DEF" name.
