3421546 - Schedule to File System failed even after setting an Operating System username and password in the job after upgrading to SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.2 SP09 Patch 1700, 4.3 SP03 Patch 800, 4.3 SP04

• There is a security enhancement which is described in SAP Knowledge Base 3412946, which requires to  provide an Operating System username and password in the schedule to File System workflow.
• However, after providing the OS user name and password and execute the schedule, the job is still failed with error: 
  [destination directory error. [cannot rexec cp]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]]

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.2 SP09 Patch 1700, 4.3 SP03 Patch 800, 4.3 SP04 or above version
• Linux Operating System
