Symptom

When access transaction RZ12, 'Resource Allocation' data (Properties of this Instance) is not shown in the pop-up window:

The correct view should be as followed:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
