3421782 - Cancellation policy of a class does not display

When attempting to view the Cancelation Policy of a class it fails to load. A warning "Cancellation policy not available in your locale" is displayed.

1. Within the class, select the View Cancellation Policy icon
2. Error is displayed

The text used to populate the cancelation description for one or more locales contains either a rogue or invisible character in the text.

Copy the description out to a text editor and you will see the issue with the rogue or invisible character in the text.

Make the necessary adjustments to the text to remove the source of the problem.

Import the updated text back in the locale which is generating the error. The text will have to be updated for all locales which are generating the error.
