3421838 - In Track Sales Order Details app the issues are not refreshed after backward navigation

Symptom

For example there is a Credit block Issue in the Track Sales Order Details app (F2981). 

After navigating to the Credit release screen (different app), release the order and come back, the tree structure is not refreshed. It still shows the Issue.
