3421838 - No refresh after backward navigation in Track Sales Order Details or Sales Order Fulfillment app

Symptom

  • Resolve a Credit Block Issue with the Track Sales Order Details app (F2981) is navigating to the Credit Release screen (different app). Here, the order is released and the user comes back to the Track Sales Order Details app. The structure is not refreshed and the released order still shows the issue.
  • Find blocked sales orders in Sales Order Fulfillment app (F0029A) and navigate to VA02 app to remove the block (instead of using the functions in F0029A). When going back to Sales Order Fulfillment app, the sales order still appears in the list.
