3421891 - Error when saving changes within BOOTSTRAP-PAYMENT-GATEWAY

When saving any changes within BOOTSTRAP-PAYMENT-GATEWAY the following validation error is generated:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration
2. Open BOOTSTRAP-PAYMENT-GATEWAY in edit mode
3. Make updates are required
4. Save changes

This configuration is not editable by LMS Administrators

Engineering have confirmed that this configuration is not editable by administrators and we would have to request it internally to the Operations team to change it.

Hence why the error is generated. When you make or simply select ‘Apply Changes’ without making any changes, this error is generated.

The recommendation is to keep the configuration as this is global configuration same for all the customers.
