3421892 - Error when saving changes in WORKFORCE PERFORMANCE BUILDER CONFIGURATION

Symptom

When saving changes made within WORKFORCE PERFORMANCE BUILDER CONFIGURATION the following error is reported:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration
  2. Open WORKFORCE PERFORMANCE BUILDER CONFIGURATION in edit mode
  3. Make changes to the configurations
  4. Try to save those changes
  5. Validation error appears

Cause

There is no value populated for contentPackageDomainID=

Resolution

Update the contentPackageDomainID configuration to the appropriate value. The default value should be PUBLIC
