Symptom

  • While Opening the Lumira report in IPAd getting the below error
    • Internal Server error: try again or contact your administrator (MOB 06010) (HTTP 500)
  • This issue is observed after an upgrade of SAP Lumira Server.
  • In the mobile application logs getting the error.
    • HttpSessionOperation, Connection did fail with error - CredentialsMessage HTTP status code = -999
