  2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Data
  3. In the first Search, select Role
  4. In the second Search, select a role
  5. Select Take Action > Make Correction

  7. Receive error

OR

  1. Log in to SuccessFactors
  2. Navigate to Admin Center > Import and Export Data
  3. For Select the action to perform, select Import Data
  4. Select any JDM or JPB mapping entity
  5. Select a file to import > Import
  6. Receive error

Cause

1. The wsmID field is not filled in the import file.

2. (Error only when importing Job Profile mapping ) The job profile for which you importing the skill mapping is linked to a job requisition within the RCM (Recruiting Management) submodule. To identify this, you can fetch a JobProfile.csv export from Import and Export Tool, filter with the Job Profile ID for which you are importing the mapping and check the "submodule" column if this mentiones RCM.

  • Job requisitions in RCM are distinct entities and are tied to specific Job Requisition. Hence skill mapping should be performed on the original job profile, not on one linked to the RCM submodule.
  • Skills cannot be mapped directly to a job requisition, whether via import or through the Manage Job Profile Tool.

Resolution

1. Go to "manage talent intelligence hub" and get the wsm id of the attributes. Fill the wsm id when mapping attributes.

NOTE:

In case the export file has no wsmID column, go to 'Configure Object Definitions', look for 'Role & Competency Mapping'. The visibility of wsmId for Role & Competency Mapping appears to be hidden.

Please modify this so that it is visible > Save > go to Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export again to export the template. This time, the wsmId column should be present.

 2. Map the Skill to the  the original job profile (without the RCM submodule). If you need to modify a job requisition, it is best to edit it manually via Manage Data rather than using an import, as bulk updates via import could lead to inconsistencies.
