3422002 - How to move the first page of transaction log when shrinking the entire log device - SAP ASE

• When shrinking the entire log device using alter database log off, it failed to due to Msg 5053.
  Msg 5053, Level 16, State 1:
  You cannot shrink the log in database '<dbname>' because there is at least one page to be removed (number) that is part of the log. Dump the transaction log and retry the ALTER DATABASE command.
  
  
• If the first page of transaction log is located in the device which you want to drop, how to move it to another log device?
