3422016 - Email Message Forwarded from Reply Management Has Incorrect Formatting

Symptom

When using the Forward functionality in Reply Management, the email is received in a text-only version and with unexpected formatting. When the original reply is checked in Reply Management, it doesn't show the same incorrect formatting.
