3422083 - How to exclude leaving entity during carry forward - BPC NW

Symptom

You are experiencing the issue described in note 1976492. By maintaining parameter CONSO_BCF_CHECK_OWN_RELATION, the records from last year with <LC, CG1> can be excluded during carry forward if the entity doesn't belong to CG1 any more next year. However, you want the records of the entity from last year with <LC, NON_GROUP> to also be excluded during carry forward.
