3422179 - Custom Task Application Error when Onboarding Restart - Onboarding

• An Application Error issue when submitting a Custom Task when the custom task has been completed before restarting.
• However, on deleting the user's data from the object in "Manage Data" resolves the error.  

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Search Candidate in the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Initiate the Hiring Manager Checklist Custom Task.
3. Complete the required fields with * and submit the Custom Task.
4. Application Error Message Appear "There was an application error."

Known issue.

• Issue will be resolved in the 2405 release, you can test this is the demo system from the 1st of march.
• if you have further queries please raise a ticket with Support.

Workaround

1. To remove the error to submit successfully go to Manage Data.
2. Search for the Onboarding Hiring  Manager.
3. Select "Onboarding Hiring Manager Checklist New."
4. Delete manager in step one Data from it.
5. Able to submit the task again successfully.
