An offer letter is created using the offerLetter entity and OData API. An entry appears in the offer letter portlet on the application, but there is no clickable subject line to view the offer letter.
Environment

Cause
If the templateId field is included in the API call the subject line and offer letter body should automatically populate from the offer letter template, but only if the offerLetter is maintained in English US and the applicants language.
Resolution
In Admin Center -> Manage Offer Letter Templates, the offer letter must be maintained in the applicants language and in English US.
