Symptom
Candidates are trying to complete the compliance step for the Super form in Onboarding, but when they enter the member account number it does not allow them to enter instead, it throws the following error:
Your Member Account Number: Please enter 9 alphanumeric characters or 16 digits
Environment

Cause
- The error message is generated from SAP as a part of the Australian compliance form update. You can check in Community Portal link : https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/product-and-customer-updates/onboarding-compliance-form-yearly-updates/bc-p/262007/highlight/true
- However, our engineering team is working to enhance this function.
Resolution
Fix:
- Our Engineering Team has fixed the issue. There is no longer any restriction on the member account number field.
Solution:
In case you are still seeing the error, please perform the following actions:
- Go to Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs
- Run "Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync" and "Bizx Daily Batch Processing Job"
(or)
Go to Compliance Settings > Australia - Disable Superannuation
- Refresh the Page
- Enable Superannuation
- Post performing the above steps, the error should not be displayed for new users
