SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Onboarding Step Complete: The event is triggered when any onboarding user complete all the onboarding tasks and onboarding activities prior to the start date, which should set the candidates Onboarding "Process Status" as "Complete". When the candidates process status is completed, the event is trigger. Process Status for any onboardee will be available in Manage Data > Process > Enter Process Id/User Id > Process Status.
   
   If Process status is still "Open" it might be related to the archiving rule. It's recommended to review it as following KBA: 3192452 - Archive Onboarding/Offboarding Process/Task - Onboarding - Main KBA - SAP for Me 
   
   
2. Onboarding is Cancelled for the candidate: This event is triggered when onboarding is cancelled for any user on the Onboarding Dashboard.
   
   
3. External user to Internal user conversion: Upon completion of Manage Pending Hire, on the candidates start date when the conversion job [Job Name: ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob] picks the onboardee and converts the external user into internal user, the event is triggered in ISC.
   
   
4. Event for Restarting Onboarding Process: This event is triggered when onboarding is restarted for any user on the Onboarding Dashboard.
   
   
5. Onboarding Process Variant Step Completion: When the candidates onboarding process is initiated, the rule with scenario "Select Process Variant" assigns the Process Variant for any onboarding candidate. When the rule is successfully triggered and the Process Variant is assigned to the onboardee, this event is successfully triggered in ISC. (You can also see the process variant assigned to the candidate by following the below steps: Manage Data > Process > Enter Process Id/User Id > Process Variant).
