RCM Message Center does not show general Display Name of recruiter in email.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Message Centre
3. Send message to candidate
4. Message received by candidate with First Name + Middle Name + Last Name, instead of Preferred Name + Last Name
5. In preview we see the same behavior

Message Center doesn't support the outing email with sender using Display Name.

Below is the list of places where the Display Name is used:

• Talent pool list - Owner search
• Talent pool list - Owner column the table
• Share Talent pool person search and list of shared users
• Talent pool details - candidate name in the list (only for internal candidates)
• Email campaign - search created by 
• Email campaign - created by column in the table
• Create an email campaign - Manually added recipients
• Create an email campaign - recipients token
• Message center - quick card in the list 
• Message center - quick card in the detail of email
• Message center - search by name
