When trying to access Portfolio Settings in Growth Portfolio, receive an error:

Growth Portfolio Could Not Be Disabled. Unable to disable Growth Portfolio. Please try again later.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
3. Select Portfolio Settings
4. Receive error

Attributes are missing from Talent Intelligence Hub because data was loaded into the system while the migration was processing

Engineering will need to process multiple scripts as follows:

1. Process a script to disable Talent Intelligence Hub in the instance
2. Delete the affected competencies and behaviors in Center of Capabilities (Current data will not be affected)
3. Process a script to re-enable Talent Intelligence Hub

Please follow the below steps:

1. As a precaution, take a backup of all competencies and behaviors
2. Create a case with Product Support under component LOD-SF-TIH-POR with the below required details:
1. Data Center (URL of your login screen):
2. Company Instance ID (where to apply changes):
3. Confirmation you have taken a backup of all competencies and behaviors
4. Approval
