Symptom
- trans.log shows below error message

does not exist (this is not an error per se: a non-existing data file is a valid situation and treated equally as one without entries)

No such file or directory (errn...(truncated)

- while trying to adjust secure storage for the missing key, below error shows up:
rsecssfx put DB_CONNECT/DEFAULT_DB_USER SAPSR3 -plain
Could not open lockfile "\\WINDOWS_HOSTNAME\sapmnt\SID\SYS\global\security\rsecssfs\data\SSFS_SID.LCK"; open()== 2 (No such file or directory) - removelock does not work either:
rsecssfx removelock
Could not open lockfile "\\WINDOWS_HOSTNAME\sapmnt\SID\SYS\global\security\rsecssfs\data\SSFS_SID.LCK"; open()== 2 (No such file or directory) - This is on windows OS, and the mentioned SSFS_SID.LCK file does not exist at the mentioned path
- Below env settings are set:
RSEC_SSFS_DATAPATH=\\WINDOWS_HOSTNAME\sapmnt\SID\SYS\global\security\rsecssfs\data
