3422636 - Queue error when Goods reciept is done in EWM and packing item needs creation in ERP/S4

Symptom

When packaging material is added in EWM. Queue with FM /SPE/INB_DELIVERY_REPLACE comes to ERP/S4 to add the packaging item in ERP/S4 delivery gets stuck with below error

VL321 - Item category Z701 is not allowed.

L9029 - Error while determining ref.mov.type for WM via Table 156S: 101/X/X/X/X/X/.
