3422782 - Make Uploaded Documents Visible in "View at a Glance" in Work Queue – Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Documents uploaded in panels are not visible when using the “View at a Glance” option in the Onboarding 1.0 work queue.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Onboarding 1.0 work queue.
  2. Select a candidate and click on “View at a Glance,” then go to the Documents section.
  3. Uploaded documents from the candidate do not appear.

Resolution

To make uploaded documents visible in the work queue, update the panel configuration:

  1. In Onboarding 1.0, go to Settings > Panels.
  2. Select the panel you want to edit.
  3. Go to the upload field, then open Properties > File Upload.
  4. Set Show in Work Queue to YES.
