3422790 - Error: Core member of [Java Foundation] missing: [sap.com/local-java-lifecycle-management-tools]

Symptom

After the NWA is available, all applications are in green state - all services and applications are started fine.

The state of functional overview i.e. the core function "Java Foundation" changes to "Warning - Errors logged".

In the logviewer these below errors are constantly logged in :

Core member of [Java Foundation] missing: [sap.com/local-java-lifecycle-management-tools]
Could not get status of current node.
[EXCEPTION]
java.lang.ClassCastException: [Ljavax.management.ObjectName; (loaded by <bootstrap>) cannot be cast to java.util.Set

Environment

SAP NetWeaver for Application Server Java 7.1+
