Application error when submitting manage pending hires can have different root-causes, but one of the causes might be related to rules configured in Payment Component Non Recurring data model.

In the order to resolve the problem candidate can be hired via manage pending hires without informing payment information and update afterwards in Employee Profile. But rules must be reviewed in the order to avoid impacting the hiring.
