Symptom

An user would like to make a partial usage decision for an inspection lot. The partial UD code has follow-up action "Scrap to cost center/sample consumption". While clicking save, system generates error "(WPT &1) Action needs a movement to a final bin, dest. bin missing". Error message is /SCWM/QINSP187.
