3422948 - Premise Connection Details: Visibility of Inactive Meter

Symptom

The equipment has been marked for deletion in S4 system, but the inactive meter is still visible on the Premise connection details.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Utilities Work center
  2. Go to Premises Work center view
  3. Open a Premise ID and go to connection details tab
  4. The inactive meter is visible on the connection details

Cause

Despite being marked for deletion, the meter remains active and consequently appears in the final output.

Resolution

If you wish to exclude certain records from being displayed in C4C, you can achieve this by implementing the BADI cod_utilities_erp_cust_badi and utilizing the method mr_get_post to remove these specific records.
Within this method, the parameter ct_mr will contain all the records that are intended to be displayed in C4C.
