3423091 - SAP Business ByDesign 2311 Hotfix Collection 3 Information

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 3 performed in 2311 release of SAP Business ByDesign.

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 20^th of January 2024. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Center.

Customer Relationship Management

 Service Product

• Data extraction file for Service Product had missing information for Detailed Description. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500023364)

Financial Management

Cross-Country Extensions

• Earlier payment files generated by customized XSLT transformations used to display incorrect bank branch names. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022244)
• For United Kingdom, the new advisory fuel rates applicable from December 2023 are now available in expense report. (Hotfix ID: 4500020847)
• Earlier users were unable to download Golden Tax Invoice from the Customer Invoicing > Golden Tax Invoices view. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022553. This fix has already been delivered as a patch) 

Expense Report

• From January 01, 2024, the Expense Reports in U.S. reflect the updated Standard Mileage Rates. (Hotfix ID: 4500019108). 

Payables

• The character limit for entering international bank account number, IBAN, has increased from 25 to 34. (Hotfix ID: 4500019026). 

Tax Declaration 

• For the tax box 399T, provided the configurations are correctly maintained in the Summary Layout mapping BC fine-tuning activity 'Tax Returns for Goods and Services - Switzerland & Liechtenstein', the amounts against this tax box will be reported correctly. (Hotfix ID: 4500023652)
• For Switzerland, the VAT return output XML file now displays additional tags pertaining to the new VAT rates applicable from 01.01.24, both for purchases and sales side transactions. (Hotfix ID: 4500023410)

 Statutory Reporting

• For Netherlands, the audit file is now updated to display correct date under the <trDt> tag.

Time and Labour Management

• Earlier the time statement of an employee used to display the primary company logo instead of the logo configured in the master template maintenance for the time statement. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500017598)

Project Processing

• While working with Project Stock Orders, misleading errors were encountered when clicking the Consume button. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500019646)

Supply Chain Management

 Cross Basic Functions

• Earlier users were unable to search for a registered product in the Service Entitlement - Registered Products view. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022184)

Cross- Country Extensions

• Earlier, customers were unable to upload the FDEI file to Invoice Portal because of incorrect fields. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500024160) 

Outbound Logistics Control

• When you search for freight forwarders with their ID in the Outbound Logistics Control > Customer Demand view, the search was returning incorrect results. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500023194) 

Production Lot

• When you add a new product input in the production order, it was observed that the wrong quantity type code was getting saved. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500021796) 

Physical Inventory Count

• The issue with the Skip Count during physical inventory processing is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022385) 

Quality Assurance

• When creating Quality Inspections via OData, the functionality did not work as expected. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500021174) 

Site Logistics Request

• The Inbound Delivery and Goods Receipt page used to display incorrect supplier script. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500023711)

Supplier Relationship Management

AP SRM Foundation

• On Supplier details screen, the supplier city is not appearing correctly as per the log on language. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500021447)
