3423105 - Dependent block is not visible in People Profile

Dependent Portlet is not visible in the People profile.

 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Dependents Management

1.  Navigate to employee profile.
2.  Dependent's portlet is not visible in the profile.

The Dependent feature should be enabled in the following order: 

1. Enable Dependent Management in Manage Employee Central Settings.
2. Enable personRelationshipInfo (Label: Dependents) in Manage Business Configuration.
3. Grant permissions in Manage Permission Roles -> Employee Central Effective Dated Entities -> Dependents.
4. Add Dependents block in Configure People Profile.

If the Dependents block is yet not visible, then run the "Refresh RBP Permission" Configuration in provisioning.

Remember: As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner or Account Executive. For any non-implementation tasks, contact Product Support.
