Symptom

In a Windows environment, you install a Diagnostic Agent and/or run the smdsetup script to connect the agent to SAP Solution Manager. 

The process ends with the error:

"Error opening the keystore: com.sap.smd.server.manager.SMDException: Could not get the certificate key from secure storage"
