3423220 - Email Notifications were not sent to all users when an import/export job failed in SAP Analytics Cloud

Email notifications for a failure import/export job were not sent to all users when the toggle had been enabled.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.21.6

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open a model > Data management.
3. Enable the toggle "notify me of refresh failures by email".
4. Some recipients did not receive the email although having the model access.

This is by-design.

• The other users who also have the access to the model need to enable the toggle individually.
