3423229 - Incorrect Value Diplayed in Case of Deactivated Values of List Type Extension Field

Symptom

While viewing/editing an extension field of list type having Code + value (in which the value is deactivated) Only Code is displayed in these extension fields. (descriptions/values do not appear)

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to C4C.

2. Open any BO work center.

3. Navigate to the TI of a record containing the extension field (code + value field) in the header.

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior and deactivated values of List type fields are designed to behave in this way.
