3423250 - All dialog work processes are used by WF-BATCH/SAP_WFRT or slow processing of workflow entries in SM58

Symptom

  • All dialog work processes are occupied by the user WF-BATCH or SAP_WFRT during workflow processing
  • There is a backlog of workflow related entries in SM58 with status 'Transaction recorded' or 'Transaction executing'
  • The destinations WORKFLOW_LOCAL_xxx and WORKFLOW_EVENT_xxx (where xxx = client number) are not currently registered in SMQS OR they have been registered with a low value for Max.Conn. or Max. Runtime
