Trying to upload certain file types but facing issues.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Reproducing the Issue
In documents tab on a Quote or in File Management, it is not possible to upload certain file types.
Cause
SAP has placed some file restrictions for the following extensions:
dll, exe, asa, config, asp, com, aspx, cer, svg, xlsm, docm, pptm, db, tmp, log, url, rtf, html, htm
For other file extensions, there is a dedicated application parameter on each environment to define if you will be able to upload it or not.
Resolution
The application parameter Allowed Content File Extensions defines which type of files you can upload.
