3423403 - Data Source Reference is showing up as blank for ODBC relational connection

Symptom

The Data Source Reference is blank when creating a ODBC relational connection in IDT with the Authentication Mode as 'Use BusinessObjects credential mapping'. 

Example of ODBC relational connection in the Connection Wizard in IDT: 

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
