3423499 - Canvas report is not working while the BizX domain has been migrated to Common Super Domain URL

While customer instance's BizX domain have been migrated to ‘Common Super Domain’, for example, they are using the new CSD URL: https://hcm-cn10-preview.hr.sapcloud.cn

Canvas Reports cannot be executed and the user gets the following error:
"analytics xx .sapsf.eu redirected you too many times" or "the page isn't redirecting properly"

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
• Report Center > Canvas Report

1. Login to SuccessFactors applicate and access Canvas Reporting via Report Center.
2. Canvas Reports cannot be executed and the access user gets the following error: "analytics xx .sapsf.eu redirected you too many times" or "the page isn't redirecting properly"
3. From Provisioning->View the list of all Tenant URLs, finding that customer instance's BizX domain has been changed to the "Common Super Domain".
   
   
   
   
4. This is a known issue after BizX domain has been migrated to Common Super Domain URL.

WFA application URL not updated with cloud.sap (Common Super Domain) domain.

1. Correct the "Use WFA URL Set" to “Recommended URL set Common Super Domain” in Provisioning -> Company Settings-> WFA/WFP/Talent-> Use WFA URL and select 'RecommendedURLSet_CSD' ". 
   
   From provisioning-> Company Settings -> WFA/WFP/talent insight Integration-> Use WFA URL Set, check are they still using the "Recommended URL set" but not the "Recommended URL set Common Super Domain".
   
   
   
2. Save the settings in Provisioning then issue should be fixed, then we should suggest customer to use the new Common Super Domain URL to login SuccessFactors BizX Application.
3. After correct the provisioning settings, access canvas report from report center still facing "analytics xx .sapsf.eu redirected you too many times" issue, please submit a support ticket to 'LOD-SF-ANA', support team will help to check the WFA backend settings.
