Symptom
You have Saved a Draft and later on Sent it. Once done, the past draft is not longer visible.
Environment
Cloud for Service V2
Reproducing the Issue
- Under Case, Email facet, write a draft email.
- Click on Save as Draft.
- Click on View Details icon.
- Select the Saved Draft and click on Use Draft Icon.
- Click on Send. The Draft will be sent.
- Now, click on View Details icon. The Draft is no longer available.
Resolution
This is the system standard behavior. Once the Draft is sent, it will be no longer visible under the View Details icon.
