Customer can not award RFQ in Guided Buying by hitting the Award button before "Respond by date", even if an RFQ follows with self-service scenario received responded with price as bid from invited supplier.
Moreover, by clicking the Award button in Guided Buying screen, according ad-hoc scenario with "Manual" type will be created automatically in event which is in Ariba Sourcing end but the event will not move to 'Completed' status.
