3423639 - SMTPSendFailedException: 550 Unauthenticated senders not allowed

Customer has configured consumer-based alerting mail system and while running the job AlertConsumerJobV2, getting the below error. 

Error can be found in the XPI Inspector (Example -50) trace file and in the default trace file.
