3423645 - SAP Cloud Connector - Email Alerting Configuration failed: Could not convert socket to TLS

Symptom

Configure Email alerting in the cloud connector. When testing the connection (click Test and Save). The below error shows up in the configuration page.

Configuration saved, but sending test E-Mail failed: Could not convert socket to TLS.
