3423740 - aDSO Cold request activation issue

Symptom

Activating Cold Request in aDSO results in the following sequences:

  1. Activation request appears in request monitor in yellow (running) status.
  2. After in a few minutes (depending on the parameter 'Wait Time Activation') the corresponding job (BIBCTL*) fails.
  3. Upon refreshing the request monitor screen, the activation request is not visible (in either green or red status).
