3423865 - "Access to the path specified by the connection is not permitted" error while editing file server connection in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Below error when editing existing file server connection in SAC :

"Access to the path specified by the connection is not permitted".

Connection - Import

Database - File Server

1. Login to SAC.
2. Go to Connections page.
3. Select the file server connection you want to edit.
4. Enter the necessary details.
5. Click Ok.

Notice the error : "Access to the path specified by the connection is not permitted."

Although the tomcat is restarted, the connection couldn't be established as it takes sometime for the tomcat services to reflect.

• After restarting the tomcat, it takes some time to run. Because the tomcat did not start properly, the connection could not be established.
• Every time we restart the tomcat it takes 2-3 mins to start the services. Kindly wait for sometime and then configure the connection.
