SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When trying to launch your configtool, you receive the following error message:
Msg: File <filename/DSM/SYS/global/security/data/SecStore.properties" is invalid: software version LOWER VERSION is incompatible with file version HIGHER VERSION.
You can see the following logs in configtool.trc:
