3423948 - Unable to Edit Goals In Performance Forms for Inactive Users When Using Latest Goal Management

When attempting to edit a goal within a performance form for an inactive user using Latest Goal Management, the goal page will not load.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Performance
3. Select performance form of inactive employee
4. Locate goal section and select the pencil icon to edit
5. The page does not load

Expected behavior

The ability to edit goals for inactive employees is supported through:

• People Profile user search > Jump to XXX's goal plan from b2405 product release
• Goal Management - People Selector search with the option 'Include inactive users in search results' from b2411 product release

The following method is NOT supported:

• Edit inactive employee's goals via Beta Goal Import
