• When accessing Report Center, there isn't a report or audit showing which employees have reports shared with them.
• Is it possible to report on which or how many reports are shared with an user, group or roles?

There is currently no ability to create a reports showing which employees have reports shared with them, neither which reports are shared with an user, group or role. All supported audits for reports are available on KBA 2744431 - How to Create Change Audit Reports and What Reports are Available - SuccessFactors.
