3423979 - How to activate the feature to delay the regular software updates of SAP Integration Suite from SAP

Symptom

You would like to delay software update to your SAP Integration Suite. You have followed SAP KBA 3344762 - Delaying tenant monthly software updates in Cloud Integration, confirmed that your service plan allows the update delay. Your user is the tenant administrator with the PI_Administrator role collection that should have enough authorization to delay software update. However in the menu "Settings" > Integrations > Software Updates, the cursor is greyed and "Delay Software Update" is in the "OFF" position that can not be changed to "On". You would like to know how to activate the feature to delay the regular software updates of SAP Integration Suite from SAP by a week.
