3424133 - What is the behaviour for Rehire with New Employment after initiation?

After a candidate has been successfully accepted as a rehire with Rehire with New Employment, what are the changes that we will see in the past employment profile?

• The candidates Employee Profile will have 2 profiles :

1. Profile 1: Future Profile 
   The details of future employment will only appear after the completion of Manage Pending Hire.
   Until then, you will not have permission to view the profile.
   
   
2. Profile 2: Past Profile
   The past profile is accessible to the users who have the permission to view the profile.
   Any personal data change made when rehire was initiated to this profile will reflect in the Personal Information Portlet (This is inclusive of Address Information, Contact Information, etc)
   Job Information changes will not be updated in the past profile

• It is expected to see only personal data change in the past profile with a future effective date.
• However, if the future profile is removed (purged) the changes in the past profile will not be removed. This has to be manually deleted (If necessary).
