CMP/VRP Mass Update Job Error on Moving employees to New Manager

Customer receives an email notification from a Mass Update Job with the below:

WARNING - Unable to move the user *Planner name* from the old manager form *Worksheet Name* to the new manager form to reflect manager change, because the new manager *New Manager Name* either has no form or has multiple forms. 

The Errors won't appear if the job is manually created using the UI, and the updated worksheet reflecting the employee's move to a new manager will be reflected.

1. We suggested that, in the event that the job was started manually and was working (within the Manage Worksheet -> Update Worksheet), the customer should change the scheduled job owner to either her or another administrator which the manual update is working.
2. The client, who is the owner, created a new mass update job and is now working as expected
