Error “[COE0019]Validation failed. Incorrect event reason for the Job Information entity: jobInfo" during the initiateOnboardingForUser API call

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Customer does not have Employee Central so is using mini version of EC
2. No job information, personal information records exist for inactive employee profile they expect rehire to match with

1. In order to proceed with rehire and use rehire event reason the old termination record is required.
2. It is best to import the terminated employee record if available or to create it using imports if you want to maintain both records.
3. Another option create new employment as a new hire but consider having a specific event reason for this type of New hire to differentiate it.
