When the content object is set to launch in a new browser window, with the AICC wrapper also set, sometimes a third screen opens to display/download the given file.

1. Content > Content Objects > Search and access the desired course >
2. "Launch Method" tab > "AICC" selected > "Launch in a New Browser Window" checked > "Use AICC Wrapper" Checked >
3. Relate the content object with an item > Assign the item to a user >
4. Have the user launching the item > The user notices the third screen.

When the content is hosted outside iContent, the content is not opened in the page where the AICC wrapper is because the Learning system has no control over whether the external link will allow itself to be embedded in Learning or not. If that does not allow it, a non-working error page would be seen instead of the content. The third screen is necessary, in this case.

When the browser does not handle/open the type of file (PDFs, videos, XPSs, etc.), so the user needs to download it. The third screen is necessary, in this case.
