3424559 - Error "Value '0HIER_NODE!xxx' for variable xxx is invalid" occurred when change the filter in story

Symptom

When the Story Filter for hierarchy node selection is change, the following error messages are shown:

  • "Value '0HIER_NODE!xxx' for variable xxx is invalid"
  • "Variable check not successful. Please check your variable values."

Reproducing the Issue

Change the filter in story which is using BW live connection or S/4HANA live connection.
