3424588 - The add or remove button for test profile in SUT management shows disabled after upgrading to solman 7.2 SP15 or higher

Symptom

After upgrading to Solution Manager 7.2 SP15 or higher, in SUT Management-> Display mode-> "checks" button is disabled. In edit mode, "add" and "remove" button for test profile are disabled.
